The Ohaus Explorer EX124 is an analytical balance from Ohaus's flagship Explorer line, with a glass draft shield with sliding doors. Capacity 120 g, readability 0.1 mg. For research, quality-control and teaching labs that need results to a tenth of a milligram.
What sets Explorer apart
- Precision from the cell up: the weighing cell is machined from one solid block of metal, which gives Explorer its stable, repeatable readings and long service life.
- Hands-free: programmable infrared sensors print, tare or zero without touching the balance; the frameless draft shield keeps air currents off the pan and is easy to clean.
- Built for regulated work: four-level user management with passwords, a system log that cannot be edited, and data output for GLP and GMP records.
- A terminal you can place where you need it: detachable, with a 5.7 in full-color touch screen.
- Applications built in: weighing, parts counting, percent weighing, checkweighing, dynamic weighing, filling, totalization and statistics, formulation, differential weighing, density determination, peak hold, ingredient costing, pipette adjustment and SQC.
- Connects: USB and RS232 included; Ethernet available as an accessory. AC adapter included.
