The Ohaus Defender 3000 Washdown i-D33XW15C1R5 AM is a stainless steel bench scale for damp floors and washdown cleaning: food, seafood, dairy and chemical areas where the scale gets hosed down, as well as everyday weighing, parts counting and checkweighing. Capacity 30 lb (15 kg), readability 0.005 lb (2 g); certified readability 0.01 lb for legal-for-trade use. 14 in x 12 in stainless steel platform with a low-profile base and the indicator on a front mount.
What you get with the Defender 3000 Washdown
- Accuracy you can rely on: NTEP certified and Measurement Canada approved, so the scale can be placed in service for buying and selling by weight (your local weights-and-measures office does the placing-in-service check).
- Built to be washed: 304 stainless steel platform and frame, IP67 load cell, and an IP66 stainless steel indicator with tactile keys on a stainless mounting bracket.
- Readable across the bench: large backlit LCD; in checkweighing mode the display turns yellow, green or red as the weight moves into the target range.
- Counting and totals built in: weighing, checkweighing, parts counting and totalization; units lb, kg, g, oz and lb:oz.
- Power the way you work: AC power and a rechargeable battery are both included; about 100 hours per charge.
- Connects: RS232 included; USB and Ethernet available as accessories for printing and data.
